Nestled in the lively Kemptown area just off the coast, this B&B offers a prime location for exploring the vibrant city of Brighton. The pier, station, and plenty of pubs and restaurants are within walking distance, making it a convenient base.
Some guests mentioned potential noise disturbances from the street during busy nights.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was fantastic, with everything within walking distance. The vibrant area it was in made it even better. The cleanliness of the hotel was perfect, and the facilities provided were great. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my experience even better. Lastly, the breakfast served was one of the best I've had.
